Our rapidly growing firm is seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills to review and administer various private and government contracts and agreements.  Responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating terms applicable to client agreements and contracts, vendor subcontracts, and non-disclosure agreements.  This position also provides support to the proposal preparation process as well as post-award.

In addition to exceptional communication skills, the successful candidate must be able to communicate matters effectively in a confidential and professional manner.  Familiarity with general non-F.A.R. contract terms, superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong basic writing and math skills are also required.  Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.  Timberline experience is preferred.

Education

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant contract review/negotiation experience required. 

Location

This position will be located in Albany, NY.
