AWS Truewind, LLC, a leader in the rapidly growing field of renewable energy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to serve as Project Engineer to assist in leading and expanding our solar activities.  This position will be ultimately responsible for providing engineering support for large scale solar electric systems from resource assessment thru system implementation.   This position requires close collaboration with clients, providing technical support on project planning, design implementation, permitting, interconnection applications, system installation, and inspection leading to successful project implementation. 

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Engineering with an Advanced Degree and/or Professional Engineer license preferred.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant engineering and project leadership experience, with 3 years of direct solar experience is required.

Location

This position will be located in Albany, NY. Some travel will be required
